The old free cd's are not junk afterall. You can decorate them with stickers, notions or about anything you can think of. I made valentines for my daughter this year and got raves from the teachers. I took the pictures on the valentines and glued them in the center to cover the hole and used puffy paint around the edges then on the back used contact paper to cover it and glued the sentiment on the back, between the contact paper and the cd I stuck a loop of ribbon so they could be hung. These are quick and easy and CHEAP to make.

Thank you, deewheat!! I am going to have fun working on all of the old cds as soon as my 2 year old gives me the time to do it. /phpbb/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif
Uh..... Debbie..... since WHEN does a "two year old give you time to work on them" /phpbb/images/smiles/icon_confused.gif /phpbb/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif /phpbb/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif /phpbb/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif Sorry, saw the post and that came to my mind.
AND... I wonder, what "Free CDs" you are referencing in your closet. LOL I think we ALL have a couple of "those" CDs to make stuff with them. Thanks for brightening my day.
Dee... I'll have to check out the website and see if they have stuff for us "not so talented" people to make. /phpbb/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif /phpbb/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif
