About the flour, is it add four cups of flour, then four more, then four more? totaling 12? Dont want to screw it up before I even start. I thought I would have to go and get lots of ingredients, I am shocked that I will only need yeast.

Robin, yes. You add 4 cups, mix well, add another 4, mix well and the the last 4 cups, mix well and then knead, unless your using a KA. If your using a KA mixer, you would do the same thing, only you wouldn't have to do all the kneading at the end.
