Hi all. I just wanted to share my success with you. I made my first batch of strawberry freezer jam from berries I picked locally, and it was abig hit! :D I feel so good! It isn't a fancy recipe. Just one in the box of Sure Jell. MIL always makes it, so I got brave this year and decided to try it. :)

That sounds good, the recipe I always use for my jam is on that box too, but I have never heard it referred to as freezer jam, why is it cakked that? Does the freezer have something to do with the process?

Robin, that is just our family name for it. The directions in package are for the quick jam. we just call it freezer jam cause we keep it there. LOL Sorry if I confused you!
