Anyone make fondue?
Hubby is French and I thought I might surprise him and make something fondue. Any ideas?

Sorry I didn`t see your post. I guess I left quickly...

I`ll get you my bouillon recipe I make when we eat Chinese fondue. It`s quite simple, but I phone sister everytime I make it. lol! We dip thinly sliced meat with our forks in the bouillon...mmm..it`s gooood...:chef:

I also ate cheese fondue once, but I had bought the package ready to melt in the fondue pot. I`ll ask my sister for a homemade recipe. You mix these different cheeses, garlic, wine...mmm...That`s very GOOD too! :chef:

I`ll phone her tommorrow. She`s a great cook!:)
