Bev, your rats deserve the best. I'm with debbie, my cats would have a condo if I could find one at a resonable price! If we ever have our own home(not rented) they will either have thier own room or the back porch will be completely screened so they can enjoy the outdoor air safely!

I know what you are talking about! :D My dh is in the process of making our kitties another condo/climbing thingy. He had an old dirty piece of pvc drainage pipe, he cleaned it up and cut it up into even lengths. He left some tunnels and some he cut again in 1/2 to make like hammock type beds. He has them all sanded smooth and painted now we have to see how he is going to put them together. When he is done I'll take pics!
