Take mini or regular sized muffin cups and place into muffin pan. Scoop some softened ice cream into the cup. Press a chocolate. (ex: hershey kiss) or a small cookie into the softened ice cream and then refreeze until hardened.

Can add some sprinkles or ice cream syrup on the top too.

Makes a nice special treat.

This sounds great! I'm gonna give this a try with DH's favorite Lite ice cream...chocolate!
