I've been going through all my things, trying to sort out!

I found this picture of me and Sashka on my wedding day.

I really love this pic, although it might be a little dark for on-line? (I'm not sure till I post it?)

Anyway I thought I'd try and show you it.

I'm feeling all sentimental at the moment LOL

I bought that dress off eBay ;) ROFL!!!!!!

I absolutely fell in love with the dress when I saw it on eBay and it 'said' it was in my size, so I bought it.

My mother was having kittens saying 'what will you do if it comes and it doesn't fit' and I said 'oh it'll be alright'

Well it came and it was soooo big it literally fell off to my waist LOL. I had a week to go!!!! :eek:

Anyway I rushed it round to our dry cleaners of all places (I didn't know what else to do) and their mother was staying from Italy, she told me who designed the dress (based on how it was sewn!!!) and she altered it for me too - it was ready the night before I got married - LOL.

My mum was going mad - but it was ok on the day!

That dress has some BEAUTIFUL sequin work all down the arms and body (but you can't see in the photo)

Oh AND - it cost more to have it altered than it did to buy it LOL - but it was STILL frugal even after all that! ;)
