Yesterday on a walk to see all the fire engines around ( we had a wild storm lots of trees down), i went up a street, i normally dont go down, and on the curb, i saw 3 dining room chairs ( 2 matching one odd) all painted lime green, with a darker green and white poking out from under neath, they had grass GROWING in the seats witch were all covered in tacky 70s looking flower contact, also in green, my poor neglected babies. So we took them home and i am now starting to do them up.
i am stripping them back, and considering shelaking them, and painting/ appliqueing a Kings crown on one, a queens crown on one, and on the odd one an old fashioned babys rattle on it for josh!

Iam soo excited, this is my first curb side find! I'll try and post a picture when im done!:D :D

Cool! I never find good stuff on the sides of the streets. I live in a rural area, which may have soemthing to do with it. Everything here gets snapped up in a hurry.:smball:
