Like everyone, I have a bunch of small goals/debts to be paid, but I have one really big one...

We are only 3 years away from paying off our home. My dream is to have a huge party in the backyard next summer and present my DH with the note to be burned. So, every little bit I can, I'm paying toward principal...and looking for more and more ways to make and save money.

Pay off car in March of 2005, I'm sure most of you know this already

Once pay car off put $100 in EF and $125 extra on house mortgage

Keep putting $100 in vacation fund until June, than from June to December put $100 in christmas fund. Been doing this for two years and works out great>

Put up $20 a month in my miscellaneous fund till June so when my title and insurance renewal come up I will have the money there and won't have to dip into anymore funds.

Keep putting $25 a month in the tution fund for my youngest daughter Dc trip they will take at the end of April of 2006. Don't want to dip in my EF for her trip. She will be selling candy next year for her trip so that will help pay for some of the cost.

Continue saving change in my money jar.

Can't think of anything else at the present. Figure it's a good start. Oh yea, any extra money I make at work I will put 1/2 in EF and half on mortgage payment

Pay down CC debt - switch one high interest card to a 60 month 4.9% interest loan for lower payments, and definate payoff time frame. Cut up the card and close the account. Continue to put money into savings each paycheck to develop EF. Continue to look for ways to save money.
