I had it when I worked at Harrah's Cherokee Casino and it was great.  We got paid every 2 weeks on Friday's, but I had my money on Thursday's :D .

If I ever work at a place that offers it I may do it again.

 

Yes we both do and I love it because I don't have to make a trip to the bank to deposit them. I know when it will go in and how much.

Dh has it, but I work for a small church, so no DD there.

And because we have it we have an interest bearign checking acct. with out it you have to keep a 2000.00 balance to have an interest acct. (we really can't keep that much all the time)

The military requires it. I love it. I hardly ever have to go to the bank. Even my child support that I get is DD.

yes, we do. His company has a credit union and his paycheck is direct deposited.

Yes we do and its great. Our bank is an hour away and if we had to travel that far everytime it would be horrible, especially in bad weather. Its just so nice to know its being deposited every 2 weeks.

Yes and I love it! Kat knows how far I drive to work and if we got paid on an off day I either had to make a special trip or wait till I went back to work so DD is great for me!

No :( we used to at his old job. I miss it--it was a great convenience. I think that he is going to try to set it up for everyone though.

I love it too. I don't have it right now, but I'm getting it in a few weeks for my pay. DH doesn't have it, but deposits his check for me.

I have direct deposit at my job, DH does not. He works near where we bank, though. It is not a problem for him to make a deposit on his lunch hour on payday.

Yes we do. No lost or late checks in the mail, plus, our bank offers their checking accounts with no motnhly fees if you do direct deposit.

We do now, we couldn't get it until they (the state) figured out the exact amount for Jack's monthly retirement check. FINALLY got the first one last month!

We were paying $7.50 a month just to have a checking acct. This is much easier and we know when it is in there! :thumb:

My little office doesn't offer but if they did I would take it.

Neither my nor dh's employer offer it, but I used to have the option at my last job. I loved it - I could automatically have 10% of every check deposited into savings, and I never missed it!

I do, but dh doesn't. He doesn't quite trust it, even though I've never had a problem with it.

Yes, I do & I'm very glad too because I have gotten my checks stolen before {I'm on SSI & SS} now there is now worry about going to the bank or them being stolen.

Yep, dh does, it's the only way they pay at his job.
