I've been out of circulation for quite a while, and now that I am back, I'm wondering if there are any coupon trains starting up or current ones that I can join.
Please let me know if you can help.
Thanks!

Ladies,
I think most of the trains are full or done with (Debbie disregard my pm, that one is done) but I have found 4-5 people on a train is a perfect # to keep it going. One of you could start it yourself, just pm the other ladies to see if they want in, get thier addresses and you can use these rules (include a copy in the train envelope along with a copy of the addresses of everyone involved).

NEW for this round... forms will be included in the envies. Use your best judgement though, we don't want a whole envie of forms since not everyone uses them. I don't want to set a limit on them, but if I see that I need to I can.
1.) The first person in the train will gather their extra coupons in an envelope and mail them to the second person on the list. They will then take out what they can use, add in their extras, and mail them on to the next person, and so on and so on. The last person will be mailing them back to the first person on the list.
2.) Please mail the package back out promptly! Within 5-7 days is acceptable. This will allow the people who clip from the Sunday paper to get those in also. It only takes a few minutes to pick out coupons and add more... so this should not be a problem.
3.) Once we start I will begin a tracking thread. PLEASE post to this thread after you’ve mailed your package back out, so I can keep track of where the trains are at any given time. This is very important!! This allows me to answer questions as to when other train participants can expect the train to arrive at their house. Be sure to include which train you are part of... they will be numbered.
4.) Please do not include expired coupons. Most of us can't use them. If you CAN use them, let me know... I’ll let the rest of your train know that they can add them in so you can to take them... but please take them all when they get to you. Also, if some of the coupons have expired when the train gets to you, please take them out and discard of them for us. This way we aren’t paying to mail expired coupons all around the country.
5.) Please be fair and use your best judgement when choosing coupons to keep. Don't take all of the good ones out and leave the junky ones for the rest of the train. Please take only what you will use. Also, if there are multiples in the envelope when it gets to you... take what you'll use, but leave some for the rest of the train.
6.) If you are worried about sending the package back off with the correct amount of postage affixed, or if you aren't able to get to the post office... you may replace as many coupons as you take out. This way postage is the same as the last person paid. No figuring for you.
7.) There is no limit as to the amount of coupons you can take and replace, and I don't want to have to set one. Just be fair.
8.) If you will be on vacation or away from home when the train comes your way let me know ASAP!! This is really important, I will instruct the train to skip you this time around. You can catch it next round.
9.) Please do not include store or restaurant coupons. The stores and restaurants in your area are not necessarily available in all areas.
Thanks for your participation!

Have fun! :D
