They all seemed to marry the next girl after me!
I had been dating a guy for about 9 months who I had been very good friends with for YEARS. We had never both been without a significant other at the same time, but were always interested, so when we both dumped long term others within a few weeks it had finally fallen into place. We agreed at the beginning that we would keep it casual since neither of us was ready to commit , he was almost 10 years older than me and I soon realized very emotionally needy. Within weeks it was I love you--I used the Ilove you but am not in love line. One night the girl he dated through high school-15 years before - showed up on his doorstep. Within a month they were engaged and I was given the "I never really got over her line" Good for you stupid!
Before him was a sweet guy who had been chasing me for months-our paths crossed a lot at work and he kept asking me out and I was seeing someone, we became buddies. Finally we went out, he spent the weekend we had a great time and the next day there is a card telling me how much he loves me but we had "too much fun" and he needs to concentrate on his life and career, he "know he feels too strongly" for me yadda yadda yadda-he was engaged 3 months later to a woman he met a few weeks after our weekend--guess he didn't feel too strongly for her, another moron.

How about "This feels too much like a relationship"? And then he turns around and asks out both of my little sises, one of whom was jailbait?!? Major Loser!!!!

Hmmm....lets see. One day I went to an interview at Burger King (I was 16 or so) and the manager called me. But, he says: Oh, I'm not calling to offer you a job..I'm calling to ask you out (Uhhhh..HUH!?). Welp, I choke an "OK" (simply out of shock! LOL!) and he picks me up the next day on his motorcycle (mom wasn't home). We just rode around a little bit..talked a little...and that was that. No sparks...he actually was kinda weird.....and I never heard from him again ...which obviously worked out well.

Welp...he shows up about 3 months later..and really, really needs to talk to me. He's apolgizing up-and-down about never calling again...but wanted me to know the reason was becasue he had a girlfriend. Huh!? And I'm thinking: Who cares?! You act like I even "liked" you! I haven't thought of you since! LOL!

What a weirdo. I just got the impression he was trying to show off or something...like all these women wanted him. I mean..com'on. Have you ever met a 26 yr old manager at Burger King that wasn't some kind of geek? LOL! (except for anyone on this Board, of course!) LOL!
