Cream of Tortilla Soup

1 (14 oz.) Can Chicken Broth
1 (15 oz.) Can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1 (10 oz.) Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 (10 Oz.) Can Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, drained
3 oz. Baked Tostitos, coarsely crushed
6 Tablespoons Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 (15 oz.) Can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
1 teaspoon Cumin

Place all ingredients (except Tostitos) into a large saucepan and simmer over medium heat until heated through.
Ladle soup into bowls and top each bowl with 1/2 oz of chips plus 1 tablespoon of cheese.

This is great!

I make something very similar-- it's one of our favorite soups. I add diced jalapenos & some hot seasonings, plus two cans chunk chicken. It's great soup when I have a cold or sinus problems- it clears me right up, LOL!

I bet it does, I like eating jalapenos for that reason too.
