My local library sells used books and magazines and I always check out the selections.
Today I found the Feb/March, April/May and June/July 2004 editions of Taste of Home Magazine for 20 cents each and they were in perfect condition. Last week I found some teeny bopper ones for dd (like Tiger Beat or something). She likes to cut the pictures out and does not read them, so no way I'm paying full retail price for her to cut them up. Today they also had some Southern Living, and Organic Gardening ones. I try to only get a few at a time, so others can get some too, but I think I'll check back tomorrow and if they are still there, pick up a few more. You just can't beat 20 cents each. The books are between 10 cents and $2 depending on the book and condition.
