I have the cheapest toaster on the market. I have not liked it since the time it entered our house. lol The button to press down the bread was always stubborn and it would take about 5 times of pressing it before it would stay down.

Then mil came and broke the plastic handle on that part, so I've been using just the metal part to press the bread down.

It's time for a new toaster. This time I'd like a four slice type, but wondered if anyone liked their toaster ovens and what they used it for other than toast.

I fyou have the counter space, I say go for the toaster oven.

You can make tuna melts and mini english muffin pizzas without heating up the house. :D

I have a 2 slice Oster Cool touch toaster and love it. No more melted bread bags on the side of this one and it is wide enough for bagels. :)

We have a Kenmore toaster oven and it isn't small, lol. 16"wide12"deep & the hight is 9".
It toasts, bakes & broils. It comes with a tray, wire rack and cookie sheet. We like it for the same kind of stuff Dee does and also use it to melt the cheese on burgers after they've been grilled, any kind of quicky frozen hot pockets type things the kids get &
great for toasting bulky bagels and the like. Very handy.
You can even make cookies in ours, lol.
Nice at holiday time having an extra oven.;)
