If anyone subscribes to Refund Express, you'll see my name in Sandy's Space on page 4.  I'm the one who wrote in to tell the editor that the reason baby formula is such a hot item to be stolen is that cocaine dealers use it to cut their coke with.  (This info comes by way of being married to a cop, not from personal experience, LOL!)
