We had it for supper with sourdough rolls. 

 It was delicious~ I'll definitely be making this again!  :chef:

 

Easy Broccoli-Cheese Soup

1/4 cup chopped onion

10oz pkg. frozen broccoli cuts, defrosted

8oz   pkg cream cheese, cubed

12oz pkg Velveeta, cubed

2 cups milk

Saute onion until tender in large saucepan.  Add remaining ingredients; heat until cheeses melt, stirring constantly.
