I use CouponSense, and have for about 2 years. My grocery bill for a family of 5 (1 teenage boy, 2 teenage girls), went from about $500/month to $300/month, sometimes less. It's absolutely worth the subscription price!!

I don't know what it is, but I use www.couponmom.com. It's saved me hundreds of dollars, and best of all it's free! There's also links to great printable coupons too.

I'm sure as heck not going to pay for something I can do myself for free.
