Okey, a lot of you posted in Sara's "things you've never done" thread that you had never had snow cream.

The Mayfield Snow Cream Ice Cream taste just like it, so if you've ever wondered about it you can try it.

For those of you that have made snow cream, even the texture and consistancy of this is just like snow cream. In fact in even looks like packed snow.

It is very good, and if you like snow cream, or ever wanted to try it, you should get some of this, especially since it will be a while before you can try the real stuff.

I had been meaning to buy it but the stores could hardly keep it in stock. We got some last night, and it is already halfway gone.

I have got to try this! I remember making snow cream when I was kid. I love the stuff. :)

What is snow cream? Is this something you buy in the store?

I've never heard of snow cream? How do you make it?

It's been a *long* time since I made it, but if I remember correctly, you add evaporated milk, sugar and vanilla to snow. Sorry, I can't remember the measurements,though.

Ah, I miss Mayfieled. They had a bannana pudding ice cream that was addictive! It's one of the things I miss about living in TN (where I grew up).

Sadly, they don't sell Mayfield in AZ.

Neon Martini, bless your heart! I didn't know Mayfield isn't a national brand. IMHO, their milk is the best,too.

ok Now I have to go hunt down Mayfield brand!! That sounds wonderful. :)
