I think it was Sara that asked a while back if anyone had seen these...(?). Well we were in a mall in Dallas over the weekend and we came across them. We got one for our car. It has an elastic strap on it to hold it on the head rest and is fairly small. It's just perfect! The most comfortable pillow I've ever had in the car. It's not cheap but if you sew I'm sure it would be very easy to make. :thumb:
