Anyone ever hear of the Mighty Dollar Store. We just got one here. Angie and I could have bought out the store. Everything is a dollar, some 2/1.00. Yes Kathryn we got 6 baby bibs for a $1.00
and a surprise.

This one is HUGE! It's in the old K-Mart building and is advertised as the largest Dollar store in NC, SC, GA and TN. They had clothes, craft stuff, all kindds of things, I even found mousies for Festus :D

next time we come down there I may have to check this place out. But for now......for get the mousies for the kitty, lets hear more about the surprise :toothy:

That store sounds like fun. We just have the Dollar Tree here and a few locally-owned ones, but nothing that big!

Angie, that sounds like fun to me!! It will be at least next week before I can get away. My baby boy is starting kindergarten this week and Mommy's a little sad, not to mention sick on top of that. Oooo, I love Dollar stores like that! We have a Yankee Dollar which is really good, but I visit all the ones we have in the area.:D

That store sounds so awesome. I got really excited last time I went back to my hometown in northwest Alabama, they got a new Deals dollar store, and it is the only dollar store I have ever been to that had produce and frozen foods. I was in heaven, but I was so disappointed to find out we don't have one where I live, even though I live in a bigger city. :cry:

Well, here we are 9 months later and I finally got to check this store out yesterday! What a wonderful place! I got 6 Old Navy shirts for $1 each. Granted they were seconds but I found the least flawed or repairable ones and I was so happy! The store is huge compared to most dollar stores. I will definitely be making a trip a few times a year. Especially at birthdays. They had a ton of party stuff. DS found a complete pirate themed birthday set and he is planning his party. He only has to wait 7 months for his birthday!LOL Loved the place! Thanks Carol and Angie for letting us know about this!

I would love to go to our dollar store but it is only a few doors away from MIL's house! AAACK!! LOL.

We have a "Family Dollar" down the street from us, the one by mil's house is a Dollar Tree or Greenbacks, i don't remember which.

Sounds like my kind of store too. I wish we had one here.

We have a new 99¢ store right across from the grocery store I do most of my shopping in while I'm in the city. Its a wonderful store with oh so many goodies.
