I've got mine in the freezer at least part of it and will make ham and beans with corn bread.

I was going to use some to make ham salad sandwiches, and I was going to use the bone and the rest of the meat for Pea Soup. Yummy!!

I wish I had some leftover :( We went to dh's grandmother's for dinner. If I did have some left I would just eat another ham dinner (LOVE ham!) and then make some ham salad. It's been a long time since I had any of that. :)

Made them eat leftovers last night...freezing the rest...one batch for soup beans and cornbread too!
and one batch for a BIG pot of potato and ham soup....(our favorite!)

Made spanish rice with chunks of ham and leftover kielbasa in it. Been doing sandwiches for lunch.
