My name is Laurie 42 (43 next week), married 19 years ~ and we have 3 children ~ Jennie 16, Kevine 14, and Brian 12.
I am a proud SAHM, although I am prior Air Force. I met my hubby in England when we were both stationed there, and that's where we got married. My husband is now retired AF after 20 years and we have finally settled down here in southern Mississippi. We have been here almost 8 years and bought our first and last house when we first moved here. I am originally from Delaware and Phil (my hubby) is from Kentucky. We really love it down here except during hurricane season.
I joined to make new frugal friends and to find tips on feeding three ravenous teenagers that are eating us out of house and home. I get tired of hearing "there's nothing to eat" Or "you didn't get any good stuff" meaning junk food. My hubby is just as bad when it comes to junk food ~ gotta have those chips !! I have wondered if I should get a cow and park it under my son's window so he can just milk the cow himself ~ the way he goes through milk !!!

Welcome to the Village! :wave: I have 3 teenagers as well and know just how you feel! :laugh: My oldest,Jaysn, will be 17 in October and my twins, Joshua and Chris, willbe 15 at the end of this month. Between them and all their friends, I sometimes wonder how any food makes it through the day without them eating it!:toothy:

I too have three teenagers, ages 17, 14 and 13 so I know what you mean about them eating you out of house and home. Fortunately, mine love eating things like granola and homemade muffins. Of course that's because they have a Nana who stuffs them full of junk food whenever she gets the chance!
