While mil & fil were here we went to the mall to eat and then we ran into JC Penny's to look around. Joe had said earlier in the week that one of the guys he works with said they had baby clothes for a couple dollars.

While we were walking around we went to the baby section and most things were buy one get one for $1 (those outfits started off about $9.99 but still a good deal).

We found a rack that had 2 piece out fits and some with booties and sandles that had been anywhere from $7.99-$15.99 marked down to................$1.77 (a few were $2.77)

We picked up a few and checked out and they were an additional 50% off. We got 12 outfits for $.88 each. We totaled it up and found out that going by the regular prices plus tax we got $180 worth of clothes for about $11 and some change.

Since we don't know what mine is yet, I took the ones that looked like they could be for a boy or a girl and the rest they are giving to Ashely.

Once we find out what mine is, I hope we find those deals again.

Woo Hoo! You're going to love Pennys now that you're having a little one. They have the BEST socks! Sears has some great clearance sales on stuff for the wee ones too!

That's better than some yard sale prices around here! I love shopping for baby things. I've already bought my nephew a few items for Christmas.:D

I have no clue Deb. At first we were thinking "Back To School" sale, but I think it was some sort of semi annual sale. The one my mom shops at opened at 7AM yesterday. Maybe its some sort of inventory reduction sale to get rid of some stuff to make foom for fall and winter clothes.
