They just called and said that if I still was interested in the job at the UPS store they had a place for me and would love to have me aboard.

I go in at 7:45 Monday and work until 12:15-12:30 so I can get to my Dr.s appointment that afternoon. They didn't ask what kind of Dr. and I didn't tell them. I know I need to and I will but I wanted to make sure I got the position first. Now I just need to hunt my khaki pants or go to the mall tomorrow and buy a pair or two.

They will provide the shirts. Looks like I will need to buy a new lint brush or change in the car though as the shirts are black and in my employment history I know that wearing black and having fur shedding animals doesn't mix....lol

Congrads Kat!! You will do great. And as far as telling them about your little bun in the oven...at least now they can't let you go because of that :D.

I can't wait. Joe's out pretending to be Lance Armstrong and says he is riding at least 70-80 miles. He left at 1:30 and said he would be back in 5 or 6 hours so he doesn't know yet. I know he will be happy as well as he is stressing over our tight money situation as well. It's only PT for now but at least that little bit will help us out.

Thanks everyone. Joe and I are going to head out and get me some khaki pants....the ones I bought in May for some unknown reason don't seem to fit me anymore.....lol

I will miss constantly being here though throughout the day but at least I won't be working to late at night and to much on the weekends. And I will miss my occasional afternoon nap. But since its just PT hopefully I can still get one or two in a week.

I'll let you know how the first day goes.

It was great. We were slow but in a way that was good since they were training me. It was a long day though. I couldn't sleep last night then I had to be there at 7:45 I worked until 12 then had a dr.s appointment at 1:30 and finally got home about 4. Dr. appointment went well too. I think I was more nervous then I thought, but we were both checked out and found to be okey. :D
