Since I've been there 14 years, guess I'm a long termer.

I do have plans on leaving as soon as I can though.

I wish I could say long term, but with the baby coming and the later than day care hours we work it may just be short term (unless I can pick her up early on the day's I close and keep her at work with me.)

just long enough for me to find a batter job. the one i have is horrid so i'm looking for a new one.
but i only plan to work long enough to pay off our credit card debt. after that is gone, i might work part time or something like that, but not full time like i am now.

Long term...I love my job as a librarian (it's part time right now) and I will need something to keep me busy and help pay for the boys college education and our retirement.:D

Short term- just long enough to get my web design business up, running, and making enough to support myself.

I hope my job is not long-term. I would love to stay at home and let DH support us for awhile. I want to further my education and get a better job. I have never had a "good" job.

I am moving and will be looking to get an old job of mine back soon, and assuming I get it, I would like it to be long term. I'm hoping that maybe when its time to have kids I can stay home for 2-3 years, but I just can't picture myself as a SAHM for more than that - I think I'd go crazy. Also, assuming I do get my old job back, I do know where I want to go - I'd eventually like to work my way into another department. I guess I really can't say whether that particular job is long-term or not, but I do definetly have long-term career plans... I know what my industry is and what I want to do.
