You betcha, you betcha! My school district offers non-contributory health insurance (which the union fought hard for), so the whole family is covered under my plan. It's a good plan, also.

Yep- we have a cafeteria style plan, where you chose your benfits.

it's available, but for what it cost and what you get, it's not worth it for me to use it. we get our coverage through dh's work. it's not much better, but costs less for about the same coverage.

We have great benefits-no contibution med/dental (only for me)
non contribution 401 k, disability, life etc. Plus 3 weeks pd vacation (after 10 years-just got that,) 12 sick days, 2 personal, 14 holidays and any related trainings I want to attend (but no actual education reimbursement)
