right now i work at linens n things. well as of next week i work at bed, bath, and beyond! not a big change, but it's still a change.
i worked for bb&b before. i left because we were moving out of state and there wasn't one close enough for me to transfer too. when we moved back, they didn't have any fulltime spots open so i went to LNT. i've been looking for a new job since last january, and bb&b finally has an opening. my old boss still works at bb&b and he told me they had a full time spot coming open so i applied and he took my application. i get a raise by changing jobs, i can get direct deposit, and we live right behind the strip mall, so i can walk to work and save on gas and stuff.
they aren't sure exactly which department i will be in because they are shifting people around, but it doesn't matter since i have worked in all of the departments at one time or another.
i never even went in for an interview either!lol but my old boss and some of the others that i know from working there before all said good things about me. gonna have to give my old boss a hug for all that :)
i'm so excited!!! i'm sure i'll be complaining about it later, but it's so nice to be getting a change, and to work with some old friends.
