I stayed up all night watching the news and this morning Tom called to say he was still sick and if I worked for him today (11-7)
He would handle things alone on Friday.
He sounded terrible and I probably would have sat around all day doing nothing so I told him I would.
When I got here early as always, the owners wife said that since I am alway's helping them that when she got done with her classes at the college today she would come back and close for me. I told her she didn't have to but, if she shows back up who am I to argue. :D
I keep thinking of the extra pay that I get when I work longer than expected or pick up an extra shift, that always seems to make the day better.
