Our water bill has run at 100.00 to 110.00 for a two month billing cycle for the past year...I haven't been able to get it lower until this month...
I have been dilegently reclaiming laundry water doing 2 loads at the amount of 1 load (just like mom's old ringer washer...hehehe) and using the last water load for flushing the commode.
Last billing cycle my bill was 109...and some change....this billing cycle, DRUM ROLL PLEASE.....
85.25!!!!!!!!!
It's really not the water usage that kills us....It's the sewage! We pay 2/3's of our bill to sewage...errrrrrrr.
I'm looking for new ways to conserve...more later!
