Okay, ladies! I wasn't going to let you completely off the hook for the weekend!

Go grab your purses! Dump it all out on a table, the floor, a counter, etc.

Throw out old receipts, gum/candy wrappers, etc.

Put back anything that may have escaped your wallet like credit cards, Blockbuster cards, etc.

Find any loose change? Toss it in your change jar!

You only need one pen in your purse, so put the rest where you have pens neatly organized in your home.

I keep the bare minimum in my purse so this was easy ;)

I have my wallet and checkbook, one pen, a pack of gum, lipgloss and spare keys.

I try to empty out my purse each night--otherwise it could become a nightmare!

Done! I try to at least do this weekly if not more often. However, I do keep 2 pens in my purse ~ in case one runs out of ink. Silly, I know, but it has happened to me before.

When I first saw this thread, I paniced, I thought I was going to have to toss some of my purses :eek: I shouldn't have said that, huh? Okay, I'm off to grab my purse!!!!

That didn't really take that long!!! I switched purses though.........to a smaller one, so that the next time I cleaned it out, there wouldn't be so much junk.........:D

All I have in my purse, is Advil, 2 Pens, Small Notebook, Eyeglass Holder/Sunglasses, Listerine, flashlight (small), Brush, one scrunchie and one ponytail holder, and my cell phone!!!!!

DD does this for me every week during church... doesn't that count? Often the people sitting around us also get to see what all I carry in my purse if I'm not quick enough to stop her-- it keeps her quiet, but, I have to be careful that she doesn't pull out anything embarrassing (think feminine supplies spread out on a pew). :D

Seriously, though, I'll get this done tommorow.

I kind of consider my van as my purse... My wallet and cash is there along with the cell phone... So I cleaned out the van....hehehhe:D I don't readily carry a purse...;)
