How are they looking? Have you been adding to them? If you have a donation box that is nearly full to full, time to take it to the donation location. You don't want a box for Goodwill to become clutter! That's the whole purpose of the box! To reduce the clutter!

If you have a garage sale box or two or three (or more!) that is full or near to full, it's time to get out your calendar and set a date for your garage sale. Yes, it won't be for a few months, but write it on your calendar...In PEN! Actually having a date scheduled for the sale makes you much more willing to continue to add to the box, knowing that there is an end in sight.

I just dropped all my stuff (so far) off at the thrift store this past Saturday. :yippee:

mine's empty, i got rid of the last of it today!

Will drop it off tomorrow on the way to work!

Garage Sale stuff in attic sale date April 2nd

everything else went to freecycle, the homeless shelter and the books were donated to a library in India (I think) sent them to my sis who has a colleague that is from there.

I am COMPLETELY finnished with the decluttering of my house!

I gave Dakota's and Chris' outgrown clothes to my SIL for her children. I donated the rest to Goodwill.

Thanks for the reminder. I've got 4 goodwill bags in the back of the Suburban (been there for weeks). I'll drop them off when I run my errands this Thursday.

I just did a red cross drop off last week. 8 garbage bags of outgrown/ unwanted clothes. I am saving up household stuff for a yard sale in the spring, but hubby is encouraging me to find it another home sooner :toothy: We have a set date locally 2 times a year to have yard sales and I have to wait until they announce that day- I wish they would hurry up allready! :(

I am also still going through and finding more and more to be gone!

I am coming late to this so I have a lot of catching up to do but I have taken 5 grocery bags of clothing and books to the goodwill store.:cool:

I have some storage boxes emptied out and I plan on filling them up over the next week or so. Most of it I'll probably donate.

I've actually got a box full of clothing to donate, I just can't seem to find any donation sites! The places where they used to be are gone. I guess I should just pop it in the van and when I see one, pull over!
