I just read a post about the price of oil for you all. We are in New York and I know that this is good for 22 different counties in the state. We belong to a co-op, membership is $25 a year, but if you are a union member it is free (they return your check). We are on a budget with our oil company and get the co-op price all the time, they deliver every 2 months.

I honestly don't know how to find out if other states have this. I heard of it at work and called the 800 number I was given at the time.
