Peach Cobbler

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup milk
4 to 5 medium-sized fresh peaches, peeled and sliced

Stir together the first 3 ingredients. Mix in the butter and milk until well blended. Pour the batter into a 2qt. greased baking dish. Add the peaches on top of the batter (do NOT stir). Bake at 350* for 55 to 60 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Here's an easy one i've made many times:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 stick butter
1 can peaches
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix together the flour, sugar, milk, and vanilla. In a baking dish, put peaches in first, then pour flour mixture on top of peaches, cut butter into little slices over top of mixture.
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
This is very easy and very good!:toothy:

This is really good! And it's used with canned peaches!

1 Large can peaches
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 Tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1 stick butter/margarine

I cut the peaches with scissors while in the can so they are smaller, then empty into a big bowl. Try and ladle some of the juice in a cup, and add 2 Tbs cornstarch and stir until dissolved. Put back in peaches and stir really good.

Heat oven to 250, and put butter in the baking pan and sit in oven to melt.

Meantime, mix together, flour, sugar, baking powder together and stir with whisk. Add milk and mix well. When butter is done melting, turn oven up to 350 and pour batter into pan but DON'T stir. Pour peach mixture on top and DON'T stir. Bake for about an hour. This is sooooo good.
