Ugh. I am here typing trying to ignore DD in hopes that she might lay down and sleep.
Yesterday, she had no nap because she and DH were gone all day, and when they got home she threw a tantrum and wouldn't sleep for him. Last night was not fun with her-- she was SO grumpy!
Today, she and I were out running errands and she slept about twenty minutes in the car... which is nowhere near long enough of a nap for her, but, now that we're home she's wide awake. She's upstairs laying down in her bed, but calling out for me every few minutes "Mommmmmmyyyyyy" and "Mommmmmy, UP!". (There's a gate keeping her in her room, so I know she's safe.) I'd like to ignore her completely in hopes that she'll fall asleep, but, DH works nights and he's trying to sleep, too.
A few more minutes and I'll have to give up.... no sense having BOTH of them go without sleep and being grumpy tonight....
:sigh:
