I don't think I'll have time to make too many, but one of the ideas I am working on for my friend and her boyfriend is a movie basket. I will enclose a video rental GC in a small amount with "movie type" candy and snacks. I'll attach a festive bow, and should have a gift for 2 people for under $20.
What are some of your ideas?

I know I want to make some gifts but, I haven't decided what I want to do yet /phpbb/images/smiles/icon_cry.gif. I usually make baskets of goodies for the neighbors and I am always looking for new ideas for those. I have started to try to learn how to do plastic canvas projects. Maybe I will master something simple to make for those Christmas Baskets /phpbb/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif.

I was thinking about making some gifts this year. I love your movie basket idea. I have tons of gifts to get and need to keep the cost at a minimum. Thanks for the great idea.

There are a lot of gift basket ideas. I've done the "Ice Cream Lovers" put a scoop,2 sundae dishes[Dollar Store]2 or 3 jars of topping[easy to make, not expensive], and a few of the little packages of chopped nuts and sprinkles. "I Need a Break!" A nice tea cup or coffee mug[again the Dollar Store],some packets of tea or coffee[different flavors'good use of those freebies],some cookies, and maybe a magazine in their field of intrest. You can make a pasta basket for 2. A "luxury Bath" with soaps, salts, and a nice lotion. Just keep going. i make cookie platers for everybody and their brothers, and just let me sugest I'd like to make something different.
