Can anyone recommend a good book on dehydrating? I do the usual apples, cherries, fruit roll ups, etc., but I am interesting in trying to dry vegetables for making soup mixes, etc. Does anyone have any recommendations on a good book that tells you how to dry different foods and recipes for the dehydrated food?

Any help would be appreciated.
