Hi all! Just wanted to give you all the heads up that starting January 1, 2006, I'm going to start a New Year, New House cleaning and organization challenge. It will take you through your entire house and by the time we are done, you will feel like you are living in a new home! I hope you'll all join me!!! :D

count me in too. my house is a disaster zone to try and walk thru. i started a new job (84 miles round trip) january 2005 and by the time i get home during the week im too tired to do anything. on the weekends i try to do laundry and get ready for the next week. but here lately it seems im too tired to do anything-- im literally wading thru my house - things seem so overwhelmingly out of control. and it's just me and the 2 cats-- i dont know what i would do if i had kids.

Me too please! After the holidays I get the urge to clean up and get rid of clutter.

oh me me me. I posted about chucking stuff out in the other thread so being part of this will keep me focused. I've always been a real hoarder and have worked hard this past year to get rid of stuff. You can BEGIN to see a difference in the living areas but......eeeek.....what lurks in the attic????

Well, I am known as the master organizer but, I tend to not keep up with it.

I have lots of organization challenges and well-meaning attempts- but for the most part, my house is clutter-free. It's a demand here at this home.

What I'd like to accomplish is organization of my clutter-free home. I want to be able to find what I stored. Everything has a place, I just can remember where I put it. LOL

I know I'm late joining in, but I'd like to be in on this, too!

The other day after volunteering at DD's school, one of the moms came over for coffee. After she left, I took a good look at my house, and couldn't believe I actually had someone over while it looked like that! :eek:
