Get memory books (just like baby books) only they are specific to adoption. The ones we have are titled Baby's first year - a memory story for our chosen one.

It is so neat to have. We even have letters from the birthmoms and have them in each book.

You may have to find a store that will order them in special for you. I was able to get mine at a Christian bookstore. However I would think one who sells Hallmark cards would be able to order one for you.
