Hi All

Sara has given permission to do a Dave Ramsey book group. If you are interested let me know. I will be starting this on 8/15/2006. I haven't figured out the format yet, but will try to gear this towards everyone. So try to get the book, but if you don't have it don't worry.

I would like to try also. I have read about half of TMMO. We are working on our EF and I am searching my house for garage sale stuff as I write this. :)

Count me in. I am on number two baby step to get my card paid off. Sounds like fun!

I hope I am not to late to join in as well!!! I am working on baby step #1 - creating an emergency fund. We already have $400 in it and my target goal to start out with is $1,000.

I can't tell you how lucky I am to have found this board with like-minded people! I am LOVING it!!!

I finally set down and worked out my budget this week and decided to go as Dave Ramsey as possible at this point. I'm at $565 for my emergency and have put paying off debt on hold until I get that number up to $1000. Man it's weird to not see any real progress for the month of August on the debt going down front on my spread sheet but it will be worth it at the end.

Way to go, Traci! It will be worth it.
