I was just wondering if your gas prices have shot up? Our petrol is now $7.27 a gallon and due to go up again soon.

It's $3.15/gallon for the cheap stuff here.

When I went out this morning it was $2.93

Unfortunately Dh hauls freight for a Menards. Building homes is getting slower so it's killing the drivers financially. I hope it picks up!!

Well right here where we are practically pumping it out of the ground....It is ranging from $2.77-$3.05 depending where in town you get it.

The cheapist I've seen in a couple of days is $3.17

$2.88 at the warehouse clubs. It ranges from $2.91 up to $3.02 for regular unleaded at the regular stations.

Just filled up my tank today, and it was $2.91. It took $53 to fill it up. I am so glad that I do not drive a lot. Gas is killing us. We are so broke it isn't funny.

I paid 2.99 but then drove down the street and saw it at a Stop&Shop for 2.94.

In the next town over, kids go to school there and dh works there, he went on his way to work was $2.97ISH, ok, same as here. I needed gas after I dropped the younger 3dks @ school well, go by 7/11, on my way I payed $3.02 maybe an hour after dh went by there.

The BP stations and Shell stations here in Georgia are $3.07.

Paid $3.09 today here in Michigan.

Cheapest I've seen in NW Florida is $2.93 a gallon.

the least expensive I've seen in Georgia (just west of Atlanta) is $ 2.94 @ Kroger (if you use your kroger plus card after spending $100, you get $.10 off) soooo........ $2.84 !!

I paid 2.76 a gallon today. Some other places was 2.89.

Here in San Diego regular gas went down 2 cents- 3.13 per gallon.
I filled up my car so far this month with 16.00 in gas.

Yesterday it was $3.05 and today when dd went to fill up she paid $3.14 at the same exact gas station! So we are heading up again!:(

okay, but you're in england so is that like 3.64 a gallon us. here in my neck of the woods it's 1.14 per litre (that's approx. 4 litres per gallon....so. 4.56/gallon canadian) anyway you look at it, it costs alot more to get around these days. never seen it so high, i think when it gets this high that the chances that it will go below a dollar again are small. it's like flushing the toilet.:toilet:

Here in S. Fla. we're paying from $2.89 to $3.10 for regular. All depends on where you stop.
Seeing alot more folks on bikes, walking and waiting for the bus. Bus stop in front of our neighborhood used to have only one or two folks in the morning now its more like 4 and 5. We have to drive because we can't carry paint and ladders on the bus.

Ours went down, oddly enough. Now it's back down to $3.05, don't know why, other than the attorney general is cracking down on the price gouging... I'm not complaining though :toothy:

ouch, phobe! that would be around two dollars a litre. almost twice as much as here, and i thought ours was pretty high. hopefully you drive a fuel efficient vehical and you don't have to drive far. that sure would take a chunck out of my budget! :yikes: thanks for doing the convertion, very interesting. i really feel for you now that i can understand it in canadian dollars. :hugz:

The lowest Price I have seen around here is $2.72 per gallon. It depends on the area too. Right along the coast and intersate (tourist) the prices can go up to $3.05 per gallon, where inland prices are lowest. We go inland for a fill up.

to my surprise this morning it was 2.56 a gal. it has been going down here all week. I live in oklahoma city. :yippee:

Holy smokes is right. I believe the price yesterday for regular unleaded was $3.05. I walk or ride my bicycle to work and to do most small trips to the store or the doctors or anything else close enough to home, so I don't have to put gas in the car very often.

Here in Northern NY, gas has come down. Just two weeks ago I paid $3.15/gallon for regular unleaded. Now it's down to $2.92/gallon. I'm hoping it gets back down to the $2.50/gal range, but I'm not holding my breath.

Just thankful I'm working closer to home now. A full tank lasts me nearly a month now.

There's a gas price war going on in the town where my DH works. It's down to $2.50 there, but still about $2.70 here.

I saw it for 2.49 last night (right after I got it for 2.59 darn darn darn)

gas war going on here between 2 rival stores. one was 2.50 and the other dropped to 2.49. cant wait to see what it is tomorrow.

Dropprd again this morning to $2.39. I pre-payed my propane at $1.45. I'm not sure I got all that great of a deal there.

Ours is $.899/litre, which if you convert to gallons is about 3.39/gallon. That price is super cheap for us, usually it's at around $1.09/litre lately (over 4.00/gallon)

Today ours was 2.33 per gallon, but propane is still 2.39 per gallon. It better be dropping too.

Gas was $2.89 when I filled up a couple of days ago.

I just filled up on the way home from work as it is still about .10 to .15 cheaper than where I live a couple of towns away. I filled up at 2.45 and what a difference from 3.00. Hope it keeps coming down, we need a break!

It was 2.59 when I filled up the other day, it was 2.53 when Joe filled up Thursday morning and now its 2.49 most places (did see it at 2.43 at one place)

ok today is september 22nd, and our gas is down to $2.15......this is the cheapest its been in a long time. i have a huge expedition suv & it costs me $55.00 today to fill up.....thats awesome!!! it was costing me about $90.00 a week to fill up..........OUCH!!!!!

Sheetz opened up here last week and had gas at $1.99. Within a couple of hours, almost all gas stations here went down to $1.99.

This morning I saw $2.15 and I know in some parts of town it's less than that. I can't believe two months ago we were paying $1 more per gallon. The savings has been so nice. Plus, dh is riding his bike to work and a tank of gas is going a lot further now so we're saving quite a bit over what we were spending when he had to drive to work twelve miles rt. I know that's nothing for some people, but our car doesn't get great city mileage so it's a lot for us.

Gasoline yesterday was $2.57 a gallon. The lowest that it has been in a year or so.
