I have decided to try making up some homemade breads and rolls. What is your favorite recipe?

I make tomatoe bread. Instead of using water to dissolve the yeast use tomato juice. Add oregano, basil and parsley to the dough. It will be light red but this makes a great grilled cheese sandwich. You can add any seasoning you like to it. These are just what I add and some grated parmesan cheese will work too. Mix and shape into rolls or make into bread.I follow the white bread recipe but substitute that is all.

It says to bake the bread at 350 for 30 minutes. I was going to try 1 loaf of bread and some rolls. How long would I bake the rolls?
