I just checked this out with other places that posted this and it was not in the original offer, but it has been added. I guess we'll have to see.
Starbucks did the same thing recently. They offered free iced coffee and then when they received a lot of requests restricted it.

I just checked my confirmation e-mail and there was no mention of restrictions. The confirmations they send out now say it is restricted to WI and PA. Also it will not let you reply.

I replied to their email and it went through. This is something that appears was changed in mid stream.
