View Full Version : It was a good weekend for canning homesteadmamma 08-25-2002, 11:50 PM Althought I'm still not finished I canned the following this weekend: 13 qts. pears 20 qts. peaches 12 qts. applesauce I need to do more applesauce tomorrow and then will be finished for a bit. Did you do any canning this weekend? Freezing? yolo 08-26-2002, 09:13 AM Wow, great job! You sure are one busy lady! We did no canning or freezing this weekend. We did, however, admire the pumpkins in the garden. My daughter is so happy that we have about 6 pumpkins in the garden. One is huge, and the others are slowly catching up.
