Anyone run regularly? Do you do any 5K's or other races?

Now that it is warming up I am getting back into it, 10 miles since 3/1.

Yes!! I'm doing a 5k April 29th and a 10k June 3rd :) My treadmill and I have been close this winter, lol. Cant wait for it to warm up so I can get my butt outside!!

I've never run a race, but when it's not 16 degrees like it is now I go on roughly 5 mile runs a couple times a week. During winter I trade my running in for treadmills and ellipticals.

running seems to help keep everything in perspective for me...

I am just starting to run again. I did in college, now I mostly do the treadmill. I am going to start with a small one, a 3k run/walk. I am still way out of shape and need to loose a lot of pounds.Slow and steady.Plus a lot older.

I'm actually training for a half-marathon right now but my knees aren't too happy.
