Well I am at it again, always trying to out do the prices of junk, that the kids like. So I bought the highest fiber tortilla (small size) and a package of turkey, ham combination, grated cheddar cheese. I smear the tortilla with a mayo or mustard, sometimes both(thinly) then i put the meat down, at the most three slices layed on it, then a smidgen of cheese, rollup. put on a small piece of foil (enough to wrap around it, pinch ends and then cut in half. I then place them in cheap sandwich bags and put them in a container in fridge, where they are seen. Seems to be the next best hit, around here. We have done eggsalad, roastbeef, left over chicken and bacon bits, even pepperoni and cheese. The ideas are endless.. I make about 8 at a time and leave them. My husband has even started taking them for lunch, in his I add a piece of leaf lettuce. totals sometimes only about 250 calories. Then I buy the giant jar of pickles ( 3.49 here) and a box of cheap snack baggies, and prebaggie all the pickles. Sams wanted 9.00 for a box of prepacked pickles. And I do all this on Sunday, so I dont mess with it all week.
Just thought I would share.

We always have tortillas in the house because you can make a meal out of pretty much anything with them. I like your idea of making them up a batch at a time.

i make pizza roll ups when its just me at the house. i use whatever leftover pizza toppings i can find, smear a little spaghetti sauce on my tortilla, mozzarella cheese and microwave it for a few seconds. very quick and very tasty.

hadn't thought of premaking them. i'll have to do that.
also hadn't thought of making pizza using them.
i usually have them around because both kids will eat cheese quesadillias. and i'll use them instead of bread for a sandwich.

~That's a cool idea making them up in advance. I might be too tempted to grab one for myself everytime I opened the fridge though. I LOVE wraps!~

I do the same with cream cheese veggie spread, spinach, diced veggies, and chunks of ham and shredded cheddar. Very yummy.

I make my mine by mixing cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing seasoning mix, grated cheddar cheese, olives, and lunch meat. Sometimes I mix it up by getting the Mexican style ranch dressing mix or I add some different colored peppers.

I told my kids about tortilla rollups and they were convinced they wouldn't like them. I waited a week and then made them. I used large tortilla's, a lite layer of cream cheese, various seasonings, smoked ham and shredded cheese. I cut time up and put a toothpick through them to keep them rolled up. All my kids loved them. Then I told them what they were. Then only 2 kids loved them. Two out of three is a winner in my house. ;)
