OUR SAMPLE POLICY
We are happy to drop ship a random sample to you. This is a very
good idea if you want to be sure of the function and quality of the
item before ordering. However, due to the large demand we have for
samples, we are not able to provide them at no charge. More costly
samples and shipping are charged as follows:

FREE SAMPLES

One sample may be requested at no charge, up to $5 (cost as shown
at lowest quantity). For example, if you are looking at a chip clip, 250 minimum at .79 each, your sample cost would be free.

HIGHER COST SAMPLES

For sample requests on items over $5, we must charge for the product
cost and shipping. If you have your own Fed Ex or UPS account, we
would be happy to use that for shipping costs if you prefer, so you
would just pay the cost of the actual item.

CREDIT FOR SAMPLES RETURNED

We can credit back the cost of any sample that is over $20, upon its'
return. Shipping costs are not refundable.

You can request the item as a sample in the "additional information"
area. You may also call us toll free with a sample request, 888-513-9330.

As with any order, we WILL NOT process a payment until we have
confirmed any costs with you and have your approval to proceed.
(That is our "No Surprises" guarantee.)

"VIRTUAL" SAMPLES

We can give you an idea of what your logo or art would look like on a
product with a rough layout. This would be an emailed file rather than
the actual product. This can be done if you have the art that you can
email to us. There is no charge for this service. However, if art has to be created, we would not be able to offer a virtual sample without an art
charge.
