For those whose garden is just coming to an end, here is a great end of season relish.

END OF SEASON RELISH

2 qts. tomatoes
onions
cucumbers
1 1/2 qts. carrots

Grind above veggies.

Mix:
1/2 c. salt
1 pt. vinegar
8 c. white sugar
1/2 t. celery seed
small tsp. tumeric
1/4 t. pepper
3/4 tsp. flour

Mix together and add to veggie mixture. Boil for 10 minutes. Pack into hot jars and seal.
