A long time ago some of us were talking about kid's cereals and were quite distraught :drama: when Trix cereal changed to fruit shapes, and didn't taste the same.

:fyi: I am happy to report that Trix are now back in their original shape (round balls) and they taste just like I remember them from when I was a kid. :applause: I saw them in the store the other day and couldn't resist getting some, allegedly for DD, but really because I wanted just a taste of the "new shape" to see if they were back to the original formula. Yep, they are. It was like an instant flashback for me to being a kid, eating cereal at my parents' dining room table.


I just knew you'd all be thrilled with that earth-shattering news, LOL!

I miss the old fruit loops. I don't like all these new flavors and colors they have. Bring back the good stuff.

I'm not a big Trix fan, but I do love Kix...why the heck is it so expensive for such a plain ole cereal?

Woo hoo! I will buy the trix now that they are the old formula. I HATED the new kind.

that is to say...i never was a huge fan, but i like the old formula better than the new!

Speaking of old cereals, anyone remember Blueberry Waffle-O's?? I LOVED those things! Once in a while I'll taste something that gives a hint of it, but I wish they'd bring it back. I should write to them or something. Not that it would do any good.
