I am so upset! I went back to work and was pumping during the day and breastfeeding at night and things were going fine. Then I started working weird hours opening one day and closing the next. I needed to pump right during the rush and so I had to wait. By the time I had time to do it, it was already in letdown mode. I am just near tears about it.

It gets easier. A regular schedule does tend to help ALOT though - any way you can negotiate at LEAST for specified break opportunities?
